At Gensol Engineering Limited, we are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Growth Strategist to lead our business development efforts in the solar EPC sector. This role requires a proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities in the industry.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in business development, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Renewable Energy, or a related field is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of Rs. 18-25 lakhs per annum, commensurate with experience. The successful candidate can expect a generous benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying potential markets, customers, and project opportunities
  • Analyzing market trends, government policies, and competitor activities
  • Generating leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and attending industry events
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborating with technical and engineering teams to prepare tailored proposals
  • Presenting and negotiating contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
  • Tracking and reporting sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline progress
