Senior Digital Marketing Automation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with digital marketing automation technologies, including Adobe Experience Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive solutions that leverage AEP functionalities to address specific business needs and improve customer experiences.
  2. Design, develop, and implement end-to-end business use cases that align with business objectives, utilizing expertise in AEP data capabilities.
  3. Develop efficient ETL processes and integrations with other systems to ensure a continuous flow of data and activation for marketing activities.
  4. Experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer journey design and configuration to ensure accurate tracking, targeting, and messaging for omni-channel interactions.
  5. Monitor performance, identify issues, and provide timely resolutions, troubleshooting technical challenges and optimizing AEP workflows for enhanced efficiency.
  6. Stay updated with the latest advancements in AEP and related technologies, continuously exploring opportunities for enhancing existing solutions and adopting new features to deliver a competitive advantage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of developing and implementing marketing automation solutions, with a focus on AEP services (RT-CDP, AJO, AJA).
  • Technical developer certifications across one or more of the products mentioned above.
  • Expertise in core web technologies including XML, HTML5, CSS, client-server-side scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, consuming RESTful APIs & interacting with GraphQL APIs.
  • AEP Data Collection & Ingestion from diverse sources.
  • ETL workflows for seamless data movement and transformation between various data sources and AEP for data cleansing, enrichment, and normalization.
  • AEP Data Preparation Development: Define XDM, create data sets, profile merge and segmentation.
  • Implement data governance policies, data usage labels and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards.
  • Data Activation: Integration with Target, Analytics , AJO ,Campaign, Destination Configurations, Export APIs.
  • Performance and Load Optimization: Optimize data processing performance and conduct load testing to ensure AEP can handle expected data volumes and user loads without performance degradation.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Implement data quality checks and validations to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • AJO Journey Creation and Measurement: Implement, configure, test, rollout new journeys, campaigns, configurations (Email, SMS, Push notification, Data Source, Event), Custom Action, 3rd Party API integration, Offer creation & decisioning, Journey reporting & monitoring
