About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Automation Specialist to drive operational efficiency and strategic objectives. This key role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage and execute marketing automation workflows.

  • Partner with marketing activation teams to oversee the implementation of operational Eloqua components, including lead routing, complex segments, programs, CDOS, reports, forms, and more.
  • Deliver disciplined execution of multiple marketing automation workflows to meet critical financial and strategic objectives.
  • Develop strong partnerships with Demand Gen, Marketing Operations, Tele-sales, Business Development Operations, and other team members in Commercial Excellence and the Enterprise Digital Team.
  • Establish and maintain documentation for efficient knowledge sharing and process improvement.
  • Stay ahead of the curve by adopting new mar-tech solutions, including Treasure Data and Workfront, to enhance marketing processes and efficiencies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting Eloqua and mar-tech related issues, managing ticketing, and providing recommendations for process improvements.
  • Gain expertise in Eloqua and develop skills to consult cross-functional teams on mar-tech capabilities.
  • Utilize Salesforce and Tableau to create actionable reporting that demonstrates program impact on the marketing pipeline.
  • Oversee Eloqua programs, monitoring program flows, errors, and providing recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay agile by continuously learning new marketing technologies, developing expertise, and optimizing operational workflows.
About You

You'll be a great fit for this role if you have:

  • A Bachelor's degree.
  • 6-8 years of experience working in a similar capacity with mar-tech, driving programs that automate processes.
  • Intermediate proficiency in marketing automation and CRM strategies, tactics, best practices, project management, and proven results.
  • Certification preferred in CRM and Marketing Automation, Salesforce, and Eloqua.
  • Experience with APIs is a plus.
  • Excellent independent project management and self-starter skills, with a curiosity to apply AI use cases across various work streams.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team matrixed organization and with project management tools like JIRA, SharePoint, Workfront, or Microsoft Azure.
  • Ability to build high-level reporting in Excel using formulas and Pivot Tables.
