Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Automation Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement and optimize marketing automation workflows using HubSpot.
  • Create and manage email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows and automated communications.
  • Develop and execute email sequence automation to nurture leads and engage with prospects.
  • Implement lead scoring and account scoring models to prioritize and qualify leads effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of automation campaigns providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Develop and execute ABM strategies to target and engage high-value accounts.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on account targeting and personalized content creation.
  • Create and manage account-based marketing campaigns tailored to specific target accounts.
  • Utilize ABM tools such as 6sense Demandbase and RollWorks to enhance targeting and campaign effectiveness.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of ABM campaigns adjusting strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

Technical Expertise:

  • Utilize HubSpots suite of tools including CRM CMS and marketing automation to drive marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure data integrity and segmentation within HubSpot maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to HubSpot and ABM tools providing solutions and optimizations.

Workflow Implementation and Management:

  • Design and implement automated workflows to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
  • Continuously optimize workflows based on performance metrics and feedback.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Create and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators KPIs and campaign metrics.
  • Provide in-depth reporting and analysis on campaign performance lead and account scoring effectiveness and overall marketing impact.
  • Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders through regular reports and presentations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot automation lead and account scoring email sequence automation and ABM strategies.
  • Strong technical skills and proficiency in HubSpot CRM CMS and marketing automation tools.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful marketing automation workflows and ABM campaigns.
  • Hands-on experience with ABM tools such as 6sense Demandbase and RollWorks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced dynamic setting.
