Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Automation professional to join our team.

  • Contribute to the delivery of reliable technology solutions for business systems and processes.
  • Partner with customers and stakeholders to analyze demand, propose solutions, and estimate funding.
  • Deliver rapid-prototyping and demand engagements to enable partners to understand how the platform can meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with SI partners to deliver business value and ensure enterprise-grade solution design and architecture.
  • Run efficient DevSecOps for platforms, products, or systems ensuring availability and optimal performance.
  • Follow industry trends and emerging practices to drive agility, speed, efficiency, and effectiveness.
  • Ensure adherence to security and compliance policies and procedures.
Required Skills
  • University degree in business/technical area or equivalent with 8+ years of experience in a Solution Design role.
  • Significant experience in managing Global and large-scale Marketing Automation projects with strong practical development knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Conceptual knowledge of Marketing automation and Campaign Design.
  • Proven capacity to respond to changes, deal with uncertainty, and proactively resolve issues.
  • Knowledge of tools which integrate with Marketing cloud such as Data Cloud, CDP, MCP, MCI, Google Analytics, Salesforce CRM, MDM, Snowflake, etc.
