Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Oncology Marketing Strategist to drive growth and success in our Oncology and Hospital brands. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing global brand strategies, working closely with country marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive product adoption and growth in Oncology and Hospital markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products and services, ensuring successful market entry and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Pharma/Science or related field, with at least 8-10 years of experience in pharma marketing and sales.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
