Senior Specialist, BD Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and delivery of data and analytics. This role will be responsible for generating strategic insights and addressing key business questions from cross-functional teams.

  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of pharmaceutical value chain, patient analytics methodologies, and the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • This role requires a deep understanding of commercial business development data ecosystem and experience conducting data analytics on large datasets using relevant skills and visual analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop rapid turnaround commercial analysis and insights, solutions, and market evaluation to support decision making for Pharma and Oncology assets.
  • Partner with global commercial development teams and other cross-functional teams to inform strategic reviews of assets through all phases of pipeline under development.
  • Provide clear and synthesized communication to global leaders and cross-functional teams on commercial insights addressing priority business questions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific, engineering, or business-related field.
  • 8+ years of overall experience, 4+ years of relevant experience in pharma/oncology commercialization, advanced analytics, insights syndication, or related roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Experience conducting data analytics on large datasets using relevant skills and visual analytics tools e.g., Excel VBA, SQL, Python, Power BI.
  • Deep understanding of commercial business development data ecosystem.
