Job Title: Key Automation Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our automation testing initiatives. This individual will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing automation frameworks, streamlining the testing process, and ensuring seamless integration of automated testing into our software development lifecycle (SDLC).

This position offers the opportunity to drive quality improvements across large-scale software projects while mentoring a team of testers and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement industry-leading automation practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute automation testing strategies and methodologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Development, QA, and DevOps) to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Create and maintain automated test scripts for functionality, performance, and scalability.
  • Mentor and provide technical guidance to automation testers.
  • Analyze test results, optimize automation tests, and identify performance bottlenecks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in automation testing.
  • Strong experience with tools like Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript.
  • Expertise in integrating automation with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Git.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

  • Experience with cloud-based testing, performance testing, and security testing.
