We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Warehouse Manager for our Gurugram warehouse. The selected candidate will oversee the efficient receipt, storage, value-adding servicing, and dispatch of a range of goods.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Ensuring completion of warehouse activities within the agreed time frame (TAT) and meeting defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Pulling, filling, packing, and setting up orders for delivery or pickup
  • Being well-versed in warehouse processes such as GRN, FIFO, LIFO, and Put away
  • Conducting period audits of stock levels at warehouses to ensure high accuracy
  • Generating MIS reports on a monthly, weekly, and daily basis
  • Ensuring adherence to healthy, safety, and administrative guidelines and procedures
  • Coordinating with transporters/courier partners for dispatches and RTO orders
  • Generating E-way bills, Good Receipts, and checking vendor invoices according to agreements
  • Coordinating with internal and external team members
