Job Opportunity: Senior SAP HCM Payroll Professional

We are seeking an experienced senior professional to lead and deliver complex payroll implementations and support engagements. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, business process design, and integration with SuccessFactors and SAP Finance.

This role requires managing client expectations, guiding project teams, and ensuring delivery excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end SAP HCM Payroll implementations, managing all phases from planning to delivery.
  • Provide strategic direction for configuration and optimization of SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration, Organization Management, Time Management, and Payroll.
  • Oversee the integration of SAP FI and SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring seamless data exchange and accurate processing.
  • Drive the design, validation, and optimization of Payroll Schemas and PCRs, ensuring compliance with business and statutory requirements.
  • Manage Employee Central Payroll and Payroll Control Center configurations and operations, guaranteeing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Act as the primary client liaison, building trust and managing stakeholder expectations at multiple levels.
  • Guide and mentor junior consultants, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill development within the project team.
  • Provide thought leadership and best practices on payroll operations, statutory compliance, and integration with HR and Finance systems.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of solutions with minimal supervision.
