Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Application Developer with expertise in SAP HCM Payroll, Time Management, and Personnel Administration to join our team. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will design, build, and configure applications to support business processes. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing solutions, performing code reviews, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with best practices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP HR modules and integration with Payroll, as well as expertise in Payroll schema and rules configuration. Additionally, they should have a solid knowledge of SAP Payroll reporting and data analysis, and be familiar with additional SAP HCM modules (Time, OM, PA).

We are looking for a collaborative team player who can lead application design, development, and implementation, drive and own team decisions, and contribute to cross-team solutions. The successful candidate will also stay updated on industry trends and suggest process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2.5 years of SAP HCM Payroll experience
  • Strong understanding of SAP HR modules and integration with Payroll
  • Expertise in Payroll schema and rules configuration
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll reporting and data analysis
  • Familiarity with additional SAP HCM modules (Time, OM, PA)
  • Exposure to cloud-based SAP Payroll solutions (SuccessFactors)
  • Prior experience in multi-country payroll projects
