Role Overview

As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, develop optimized solutions, and ensure high performance and usability. The role also involves providing support, driving enhancements, and staying updated with emerging technologies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP HCM Payroll.
  • Lead and guide the team, ensuring effective collaboration and performance.
  • Take ownership of team-level decisions and contribute to critical organizational decisions.
  • Provide innovative solutions to business and technical challenges within the team and across multiple teams.
  • Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of application features.
  • Support and enhance existing applications while aligning with business objectives.

Required Skills
