Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ADP, with a focus on Fusion HCM Payroll Consulting.

About the Role:
  • This role requires an individual who can assess the technical feasibility against business requirements and define the technical design document.
  • The successful candidate will build prototypes with the functional team, develop code packages for migration to different environments, create HSDL-based spreadsheet loaders and utilize OBTI to create analysis reports of simple to medium complexity.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define technical designs that align with business needs and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with the functional team to develop and test prototypes and code packages.
  3. Develop advanced reporting tools using OBTI.
Technical Requirements:
  • Familiarity with Fusion HCM Payroll elements, fast formulas, and costing setup.
  • Understanding of Fusion HCM Payroll flows, checklists, and payroll processing.
  • Ability to work with payroll tables, Payroll Pay Run results, and writing complex formulas for calculations, validations, and element configurations.
