Description:

We are seeking an experienced HCM Manager to lead the configuration and compliance of payroll processes in North America.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Configuration & Compliance (NA): Establish and maintain complex payroll elements, including taxation rules, new legal entities, and balance adjustments.
  • Payroll Integrations & Tools: Develop a strong understanding of payroll integrations and proficiently use HCM Data Loader (HDL) and Fast Formulas for payroll logic.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and interpret payroll reports for audits and business insights using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reporting.

Requirements:

  • At least 10-16 years of experience in payroll management.
  • A hybrid work environment with flexibility and opportunities for growth.
