Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Implementation Manager. This individual will be responsible for configuring, migrating, and testing Workday HCM capabilities.

  • HCM certified or trained in HCM fundamentals
  • Understanding of HCM localization settings
  • Able to do impact analysis on changes requested and communicate effectively across teams

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should have at least 5 years of Workday functional experience and a minimum of 7 years of overall HR technology experience. You should also possess excellent communication and writing skills, as well as strong analytical capabilities.
