Job Title: SAP HCM Professional

  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skills development.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM technologies and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business innovation and growth.
Key Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in SAP HCM implementation, configuration, and support projects.
  • Strong expertise in SAP Payroll, with a willingness to learn hands-on job SF, EC, SAC Process and functionality.
  • Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • SAP certifications in relevant modules, such as SAP Payroll or SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in multiple industries and global projects.
