Job Title: Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Manager to join our team at Advanced Clothing Concepts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
  • Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


About the Role:

As a Sales Manager at Advanced Clothing Concepts, you will be responsible for market scanning and identification of potential customers. You will generate leads and qualify prospects, interface with potential customers to understand specific needs, and coordinate with the Head-Sales for all pre-sale enquiries. You will also negotiate and finalize post-approval terms of retention of business for the first term and follow up with customers for collection of payments as per terms of contract during the first term of retention.
