Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide instruction and maintenance training for inverter installation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot inverters remotely or on-site, and address technical issues via phone calls and emails.
  • Collect data regarding post-sales support and report to team leaders.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by team leaders.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with at least 5 years of experience in the solar industry, possessing a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Electrical or related fields. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with fluent English, able to travel frequently (50% or more per year).
