Electrical Site Engineer Job Description

This Electrical Site Engineer role is perfect for individuals who want to be at the forefront of home automation industry with high-end clientele.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of power supplies, inverters, generators, and related systems. They will also possess excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to educate stakeholders on identified issues and provide systematic resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough site observations to ensure adherence to SOP during installation process
  • Maintain seamless installations and minimize error rates
  • Address process deviations related to electrical, home automation, and lighting products in a timely manner
  • Accurately document errors noticed and present metrics for improvement
  • Educate stakeholders on identified issues and provide systematic resolutions

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • B.Tech or Diploma in Electrical Engineering required
  • 0-2 years of experience in the same or relevant industry preferred
  • Proficiency in documentation, data analysis, and basic knowledge of house wiring, load calculation, necessary
  • Strong understanding of power supplies (single/multiphase), inverters, generators, and related systems essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
