As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our dynamic team as a Technical Service Engineer.

The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to provide exceptional support and service to our customers, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of our solar string inverter systems.

The key responsibilities of this role include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to solar string inverters remotely and on-site.

Additionally, the successful candidate will provide prompt and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or onsite visits, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve issues promptly, perform commissioning, testing, and maintenance of solar string inverter systems, collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and reliability, document all service activities, technical solutions, and customer interactions, train customers and internal teams on the operation and maintenance of solar string inverter systems, stay updated with industry trends and best practices to provide proactive technical support and recommendations, and assist in the development of service procedures, technical bulletins, and troubleshooting guides.

To be considered for this position, you should have a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, electronics engineering, renewable energy, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in technical support or field service engineering, specifically with solar string inverters.

You should also have proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues related to power electronics and renewable energy systems, hands-on experience with commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of solar string inverters, strong understanding of electrical and electronic principles as applied to solar PV systems, excellent communication skills, and ability to interact professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.

This role requires occasional travel for onsite support and commissioning, and you should be willing to do so up to 70% of the time.
