Smart Energy Solutions Professional

We are seeking an experienced and energetic professional to join our fast-growing team.

  • The ideal candidate will be self-driven, responsible, a quick learner, and a problem solver.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Inverter installation instruction and maintenance training;
  2. Answering consulting phone calls and replying to emails for customer support;
  3. Remote or on-site inverter troubleshooting, replacement, and defect identification;
  4. Collecting clear after-sales support case data and reporting to leaders;
  5. Performing other team-assigned tasks from team leaders;
  6. Having knowledge of String Inverters, Hybrid Inverters, and Utility-Based Projects adds an advantage.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics and Electrical or related majors;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the solar industry;
  • Self-motivator with good communication skills and fluent English;
  • Ability to travel 50% or more per year.
