Job Title: Domestic Healthcare Recruiter

Job Summary: A dedicated professional is sought to oversee the hiring process for healthcare professionals, specifically doctors. The successful candidate will manage relationships with potential candidates and ensure that clients' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring Doctors - Source and recruit doctors through job portals, social media platforms, and other relevant databases.
  • Establish and maintain a network of qualified candidates to fill current and future job openings.
  • Candidate Screening - Review and screen resumes to shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
  • Initial Phone Screens - Assess candidate suitability and match their skills with client needs.
  • Effective Communication - Liaise with candidates to understand their specific needs and requirements.
  • Negotiation - Facilitate employment negotiations between clients and candidates.
  • Scheduling Interviews - Coordinate interviews between candidates and client organizations, considering locations and availability.
  • Feedback - Gather feedback from candidates and clients post-interview and address any concerns or questions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field, preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools, e.g., job boards, social media platforms, LinkedIn.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
