Key Role in Data Analysis and Business Strategy

The People Analytics Intern will play a crucial part in integrating data analysis, business strategy, and HR process optimization.

This includes:

  • Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience, and retention using tools like Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.
  • Collaborating with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Ensuring data quality, accuracy, and timely communication of insights for decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Mandatory working knowledge of Excel (SQL - A plus)
  • Experience in building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations.
  • Strong communication skills to translate technical data findings into clear, executive summaries for HR and business leaders.
