Job Title: Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant

As a seasoned professional in payroll and human capital management, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and functional knowledge to drive business outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Implement and configure Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including payroll and time-off management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle HCM Cloud with other systems.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in payroll and human capital management, with a focus on Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong technical skills in Oracle HCM Cloud, including configuration and customization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Applications, including development and testing.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based technologies and architectures.
