Senior Oracle HCM Expert

The ideal candidate will work with business stakeholders to understand their HR and payroll processes, gathering requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
- Create and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs (Core HR, Recruitment, Talent and other modules).
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, statutory regulations, and industry standards.
- Analyze business data and develop reports, dashboards, and workflows using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
- Manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, HCM Extracts, and HDL/FDI.
- Perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing to validate configurations and developments.
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues, identifying root causes and delivering effective solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and resolve incidents as per SLA.
- Deliver training and documentation for HCM functionalities and enhancements.
The ideal candidate should have expertise in HCM tools like BI Publisher, OTBI, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formulas. They should also be well-versed in Oracle Cloud Integration tools and APIs (REST/SOAP). Additionally, they should have experience in migrating data from legacy systems to cloud HCM and knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, and debugging tools.
