Job Summary

The ideal candidate will serve as a Cloud HCM Technical Subject Matter Expert with broad knowledge and deep domain expertise within the Oracle HCM Suite. This individual contributor will collaborate with a global support team on day-to-day production support, enhancements, quarterly patch release testing, and issue resolution.

  • Provide production support project experience understanding AMS Ticketing process, deployment process, upgrades testing, and issue management.
  • Interact with both offshore and onshore client engagements involving implementation/support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
  • Offer overall 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules - Global HR, Learning, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, OTL).
  • Possess cloud technical expertise with Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management in two or more of the following modules: Core HR, OTL, Recruiting (Fusion), Learning, Benefits, Performance Management, Goals, Talent Management.
  • Resolve production tickets, perform patch testing, change requests, and requirement analysis and documentation of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Work collaboratively on configurations, bug-fixes, quarterly patch testing, and quality assurance prior to change deployment of the respective Oracle environment.
  • Manage the System Admin and Security Environment of the Oracle instance, including super-permissions, patch management, POD (instance) management, and system configuration.

Key Responsibilities:

This role involves providing end-to-end expertise in multiple Oracle HCM Cloud modules, collaborating with global teams, and driving the implementation of best practices.

Essential Skills:

  • At least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle HCM as a Technical lead and minimum one production support project experience.
  • Strong end-to-end experience in at least a couple of HCM modules (Core HR, Recruiting (Fusion), Benefits, Performance Management, Payroll, Goals, Absence Management, Succession Planning, HR Helpdesk, Talent Review, Onboarding (Fusion), Learning (Fusion)).
  • Efficient and effective communication skills for detailed technical discussions.
  • Experience in working with Onshore/NSA/Offshore model, Fast Formula creation, HCM Data Loader, Payroll Batch Loader, HCM Spreadsheet Data Loader, Custom Role Development, and Cloud System Administration services.
  • Visual Builder Studio experience with extending application pages and migrating changes between instances.
