Job Overview:
- The Client Growth Specialist will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations.
- This role requires collaboration with internal teams to align resources and strategies that meet partner needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Main Accountabilities:- Develop and execute initiatives that drive client growth, engagement, and enablement.
- Identify opportunities to foster collaboration between partners and internal teams, driving joint success.
- Manage a pipeline of clients, tracking performance, health, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with Sales & existing partners to explore up-sell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
- Provide detailed reporting on client performance and forecast to the management team.
- Contribute to the development of the overall client strategy and ensure its successful execution across regions.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, customer success, or business development, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to communicate complex solutions with clarity and confidence to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong business acumen with experience across multiple industry verticals.
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude, capable of working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
