Procurement Manager

Succeed in a Sourcing Role

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing initiatives with a focus on value, speed, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop RFPs/RFXs.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance across sourcing cycles.
  • Manage contract remediation including data privacy and country-specific terms.
  • Negotiate third-party supplier obligations and vendor engagement risks.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and category management.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices to strengthen sourcing capabilities.

Essential Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in sourcing/procurement, preferably in technology procurement.
  • Strong expertise in RFPs, contract negotiations, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in contractual review and redlining.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with influence and collaboration abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Leadership qualities to set objectives and drive operational effectiveness.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in operational/core sourcing teams.
  • Regulatory remediation experience.
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks and governance practices.
