The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and ensure the company's strong presence in the market.
- Set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team on a regular basis.
- Understand customer needs in a timely manner and provide solutions by aligning the right team members proactively.
The Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience in IT product and services sales.
- Experience in Cisco product sales.
- Previous experience as a sales manager.
- Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Able to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
