The Job

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and ensure the company's strong presence in the market.
  • Set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of the sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team on a regular basis.
  • Understand customer needs in a timely manner and provide solutions by aligning the right team members proactively.

The Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Experience in IT product and services sales.
  • Experience in Cisco product sales.
  • Previous experience as a sales manager.
  • Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences.
  • Able to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
