Telecom Franchise Sales Director

Staffing Solutions seeks a seasoned Telecom Franchise Sales Director to spearhead franchise sales and expansion within assigned regions. This strategic role requires a proven track record in franchise sales and expansion, preferably in the telecom industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for franchise sales and expansion, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners, conducting thorough market research to assess opportunities.
- Built strong relationships with franchisees, providing them with support and guidance throughout the onboarding process and beyond.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations with potential franchise partners to promote the franchise model and its benefits.
- Monitor franchise performance and provide ongoing support to ensure compliance with company standards and objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to develop promotional materials and initiatives to attract franchise partners.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on franchise sales performance and market trends.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with experience in franchise management or operations being a plus. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools are essential.
