We're looking for an experienced professional with strong internal control and validating testing skills who can design and execute fieldwork and testing across all areas of laws – AML, Privacy, Anti-corruption, Consumer Protection & Fairness, etc.

The ideal candidate will exhibit strong and independent risk assessment skills and be able to regularly communicate progress and findings to senior stakeholders and lead conversations during kick offs, testing, and issue alignment discussions with minimal managerial support. Additionally, they should be able to train and mentor other colleagues in upskilling themselves with relevant knowledge and practices.

As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on strategic initiatives to improve the overall delivery model and contribute to presentations to senior leadership. You'll also be responsible for developing remediation plans to address findings and detecting and identifying emerging regulatory risks or impending legislation that may impact the Compliance Monitoring Plan.

To be successful in this role, you'll need a minimum 6 years of relevant experience in internal audit, regulatory compliance within the Big Four or in a bank/financial institution with preferably Anti-Money Laundering background. Academic qualifications such as Chartered Accounts, CPA, CIA, ACAMS, MBA would be advantageous.
