Job Description">

We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Trade Specialist Manager to oversee our import/export operations, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations.

This role involves managing day-to-day trade activities, including customs documentation, bonding procedures, and warehouse management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Customs Act 1962, Foreign Trade Policy, SEZ Act 2005, MOOWR Regulations, and related circulars/notifications.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of customs laws, foreign trade policies, and related regulations.
  • Procedural Expertise: Proven experience in handling customs documentation, customs clearance processes, bonding procedures, and record-keeping requirements.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using government portals and ERP systems related to logistics and inventory management.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex regulations, analyze trade data, and calculate duties/taxes accurately.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective liaison with government authorities, internal teams, and management.
