Compliance Operations Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable professional to oversee end-to-end operations related to Provident Fund (PF) for multiple clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the PF Act and associated statutory compliance, with experience in managing large employee bases and client portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage EPF challan generation processes efficiently.
- Handle reconciliation of PF-related accounts and transactions accurately.
- Respond to PF-related queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Perform precise calculations of Employee Provident Fund contributions.
- Conduct quality control checks for PF operations.
- Prepare and file statutory reports as required.
- Ensure all employee queries are addressed within specified timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in PF Trust & payroll operations.
- Strong knowledge of EPF Act and allied statutory laws.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data and multiple client accounts.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
