About this role

This is a Compliance Manager position that involves ensuring the organization conducts its business in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • Develop and implement IT controls & compliance frameworks for an international organization.
  • Ensure compliance with industry best security practices within SaaS environments.
  • Manage customer and third-party attestations as part of contractual obligations and certification requirements.
  • Support Third-Party Risk assessments and regular assurance programs.

You will analyze and translate laws, regulations, and technical requirements into commercially focused business processes. Additionally, you will execute and report status on risk assessment and mitigation program metrics.

This role requires knowledge of secure software development life cycle (SDLC) tooling and application security. Experience working with GRC tools and platforms is also necessary.

The ideal candidate has a proven ability to lead tactical compliance setup and operations. They are strategic problem solvers who can take issues and find practical business solutions.

This is a collaborative role that involves internal and external stakeholder management, collaboration with colleagues from all relevant departments, vendors, partners, and customers.

We are seeking a Compliance Manager with minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in implementing compliance programs in an international environment. A bachelor's degree is required, with academic degrees desired in IT Security, Risk Management, Cyber Security, or Information Security.

A professional certification such as ISC2 or CompTIA certifications is desired or willingness to obtain them. Fluency in English is mandatory, both written and spoken.
