Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of an Engineer L1. As a key member of our customer experience and technology consulting services, you will be responsible for reviewing new orders, processing customer enquiries, and maintaining service levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing new orders for accuracy and completeness to ensure seamless order fulfillment
  • Processing customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency throughout all activities
  • Placing orders with partners on a web-based system, monitoring status, and taking appropriate action as needed
  • Ensuring customer requirements are met on time, while maintaining accurate records of activities in internal systems

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in any field
  • Experience entering data using an alphanumeric keyboard and verifying/proofed entered data
  • Skill in reviewing, proofing, and verifying data to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Able to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to changing priorities
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative problem-solver with strong analytical skills
  • Knowledge of basic computer operations and software applications
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Highly motivated and able to perform repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy
