Admissions Recruitment Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Admissions Recruitment Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing plans to achieve admission targets.

This is an exciting opportunity to build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and key influencers in the education sector through regular visits, presentations, and workshops.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed admission targets.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our institution's programs and effectively communicate them to prospective students and their parents.
  • Conduct school visits, presentations, and workshops to promote our institution's programs.
  • Plan and conduct admission drives, open houses, and promotional events.
  • Counsel prospective students and their parents on academic programs, fees, scholarships, and admission procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-5 years of proven success in sales and marketing within the education sector.
