About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Machine Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning.

As a Data Scientist, you will be responsible for delivering complex models and addressing business problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

You will also be responsible for communicating analytical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver complex models and address business problems as a data scientist">
  • Apply expertise in Machine Learning, NLP, Reinforcement Learning, and Deep Learning to enhance search, browse, autocomplete, and recommendations experiences">
  • Build, deploy, and maintain predictive models for search relevance, query understanding, ranking, personalization, product sale forecasting, and product recommendation systems">
  • Manage multiple projects independently with high autonomy and accountability">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions">
  • Communicate analytical solutions to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership">

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Statistical Modeling in e-commerce or related environments">
  • Expertise in traditional and modern machine learning techniques (Regression, Classification, Ensemble Methods, Deep Learning, Reinforcement Learning)">
  • Effective communication and presentation of complex quantitative analyses">
  • Prior experience working in the eCommerce sector is a plus">
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable institution">
