Fundraising Associate

We are seeking a skilled Fundraising Associate to support the development of our organization's growth strategy.

  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date donor database, ensuring accurate records of all interactions and transactions.
  • Conduct thorough research to identify new prospects, prepare concise donor briefs for senior leadership meetings, and draft proposals, reports, and presentations aligned with organizational initiatives.
  • Manage grant calendars and submission trackers, ensuring timely and compliant submissions.
  • Ensure all donor/board interactions are logged in our CRM system within 48 hours.
Growth Opportunities:
  • Year 1: ₹50,000–55,000/month fixed salary, full-time
  • Year 2 onwards: Base salary incremented annually in line with our HR policy (typically 8–10%)
  • Eligible for an annual performance bonus tied to departmental fundraising target achievement

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Ambitious professional with 3–5 years in fundraising, donor engagement, or corporate partnerships, with strong research, writing, and presentation skills. Proficiency in spreadsheets, CRM tools, and donor data management is essential.
