A key role in our team, the Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to maximize donations and achieve monthly fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective Google Ads strategies to drive donation volumes and donor growth.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous campaign improvement.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ads with campaign goals and donor psychology.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging strategies.
  • Manage campaigns efficiently to maximize returns and avoid overspending.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in crowdfunding and performance marketing in Indian market.
  • Expertise in Google Ads platforms, including Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking, remarketing, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Metrics for Success:
  • Achieving and maintaining a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 2+ across campaigns.
  • Steady growth in donation volumes and donor base.
