IT Support Expert

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support and guidance to our team of IT professionals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality support services, including software maintenance, testing, and implementation of IT systems and applications.
- Administer and support various systems such as Windows Server and Linux O/S, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Maintain accurate records of all tickets worked, including problem, solution, end user, initiation and completion time, and end user satisfaction.
- Assist the Helpdesk function of the wider group, providing expert advice and guidance to resolve complex technical issues.
Essential Skills:
- Previous helpdesk experience with a focus on technical support and problem-solving.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and phone etiquette, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Enthusiasm for helping others and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent English speaking skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Windows Server (all versions), Microsoft Exchange, Linux OS, Remote Support, SQL, and Network fundamentals.
