As a key member of our Engineering & Product Talent Acquisition Team, you will partner with R&D leadership to identify, source, assess, and hire top talent who meet our current and future hiring needs. With a focus on cloud security, you will be responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing the recruiting process, and ensuring a smooth transition to our HR team for onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with TA and senior engineering leadership to develop and execute sourcing strategies, identify and anticipate needs, and load balance across the team.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the team, including performance management, reporting, and ensuring effective use of tools and following all TA SOPs.
  • Perform full-cycle searches, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates, and guide the candidate and hiring manager through the offer negotiation and closing process.
  • Act as a player-coach in all sourcing and screening for open headcount, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate initial interest, and deeper Zoom qualification calls before sharing candidates with the hiring teams.
  • Act as the in-region point person for local engineering leadership and create recruiting plans that increase the potential candidate pool and ensure a diverse range of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Help identify tools and process tweaks that improve our recruiting capabilities and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Ten or more years of relevant technical recruiting experience, including a minimum of four years of hands-on leadership of teams of five or more TAs.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
