Job Title: Strategic AI Governance Lead

The ideal candidate will oversee the execution of ambitious initiatives that drive responsible AI governance and enterprise leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Portfolio Strategy: Develop a comprehensive roadmap for initiative prioritization based on impact, ROI, and strategic value.
  • Roadmap Development & Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, maintain, and execute a phased 36-month plan.
  • Initiative Delivery & Leadership: Lead teams to execute initiatives, manage budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Revenue Enablement: Foster partnerships with corporate sponsors and NGOs to align initiatives with goals and deliver high-quality results.
  • Team Management: Oversee initiative managers, consultants, and interns, establish clear goals, dashboards, and reporting systems.

Qualifications:

  • 10 – 15 years of experience in program management, strategic initiatives, or operations, ideally in AI, technology policy, or global nonprofits.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar programs and complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of AI, governance, and emerging technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
  • Experience working with corporate sponsors, government partners, or international organizations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and take ownership of outcomes.
