We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager.

Job Description:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to drive business growth
  • Maintain accurate records of account and sales activities in CRM
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to generate qualified target opportunities for new clients
  • Develop and implement action plans to achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in B2B sales via cold-calling and marketing campaigns in the contingent staffing industry
