Healthcare Financial Manager

  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our regional healthcare finance operations, overseeing strategic alliances with doctors and hospitals.
  • This role requires exceptional leadership skills, driving sales teams to achieve targets and ensuring effective field operations.
  • The ideal candidate will develop innovative financing solutions by identifying patient needs and collaborating with partner hospitals.
  • A key aspect of this role is driving awareness and adoption of our platform among hospitals and patients, promoting instant medical loans and zero-cost EMI options.
  • You will be responsible for managing the revenue pipeline, setting goals, and ensuring operational efficiency and financial sustainability.
  • Additionally, you will provide continuous market feedback on customer experience, competition, and product gaps to refine our lending solutions.
  • Smooth lending operations require coordination between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered NBFCs/fintech lenders, a task that demands strong organizational skills.

Required Skills & Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment.
  • Proven track record of team leadership and sales target achievement.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
  • Prior experience in medical crowdfunding, health-tech, or hospital/doctor engagement.
