Job Title: Regional Director-Supply Chain Finance About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our Supply Chain Finance operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and ensuring seamless loan fulfillment via our lending partners.

Your primary focus will be on sourcing, onboarding customers, and managing end-to-end relationships to achieve revenue targets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and execute plans to meet or exceed quarterly goals.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders, including mid-market companies, lenders, and other financial institutions. Your exceptional commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to structure complex financial deals will be critical in driving business success.

To succeed in this position, you must have a proven track record of independently sourcing and acquiring mid-market companies, with a strong understanding of lending ecosystems and financial products in the SCF/SME lending space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Sources and onboard new customers, managing end-to-end relationships to ensure successful loan fulfillment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop sales plans
  • Negotiate financial deals with customers, leveraging your commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Work with lending partners to arrange capital, ensuring timely sanction and disbursement
Requirements
  • 6-9 years of experience in a similar role, preferably at an NBFC, fintech, or debt syndication firms/boutique investment banks
  • Proven track record of independently sourcing and acquiring mid-market companies
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and ability to structure complex financial deals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High ownership, proactive problem-solver, and self-driven
  • Strong understanding of lending ecosystems and financial products in the SCF/SME lending space
