Global Supply Chain Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Global Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team for our Perfumery & Beauty division. Your role will be to support key planning processes that drive alignment between supply, demand, and financial goals across global markets.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a passionate and enthusiastic team of professionals who share your passion for supply chain management. You will have the chance to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate inputs to planning processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of monthly Integrated Business Planning (IBP) cycles.
  • Support data gathering, validation, and visualization to enable effective decision-making.
  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate inputs to planning processes.
  • Maintain planning tools, dashboards, and documentation.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency and accuracy.
  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic projects.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, supply chain, analytics or related field.
  • Excellent analytical and organization skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and capability to work autonomously.
  • Advanced Excel skills. Power BI is a plus.
  • Proficient in oral and written English.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and contribute in a global team environment.
