We are seeking a Supply Chain Management Expert to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.

  • Monitor and manage both inbound and outbound orders from the sales department, guaranteeing timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Develop relationships with logistics partners, forwarders, and trucking vendors locally, fostering strong partnerships that drive efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance and operational efficiency of warehouses in India, adhering to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with the SCM Manager to build a strategy for SCM that aligns with our business objectives, driving growth and profitability.
  • Ensure that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and improve processes for more efficient and organized supply chain operations, leveraging technology and best practices to drive innovation.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, including errands to the office and banks.

Requirements:

  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Prior experience working at forwarders and managing vendors, customs clearances, ports, and warehouses.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems and supply chain business processes and tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and attend to detail in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to evolving priorities while working in a dynamic environment.
