Job Description

As a strategic leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the Data Governance program and framework within our organization. Your primary focus will be on working with stakeholders to define governance, guidance, risk metrics, and tooling requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the evolution and development of the Data Owner and Data Governance framework
  • Maintaining and developing standards and procedures related to Data Governance
  • Driving program requirements and deliverables for tools and metrics by identifying, driving, and participating in project milestones and phases

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Formal training or certification on Data Management concepts and 5+ years applied experience
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written), interpersonal, and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage complexity and multiple work streams while delivering solutions within a tight deadline

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Knowledge of data management and governance is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
