Job Title: Director of Talent Sourcing

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to drive our recruitment strategy and lead a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists to ensure high performance.
  • Design and implement workforce planning to meet short-term and long-term hiring needs.
  • Promote a strong employer brand to attract top talent in fintech and technology.
  • Ensure exceptional candidate experience across all hiring stages.
  • Partner with marketing and leadership to run recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and digital branding initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
  • Provide strategic advice to the leadership team on talent trends and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, and networks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, applicant tracking systems, and recruitment analytics.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
