Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven talent acquisition professional to join our team. The ideal candidate brings a blend of leadership skills, operational expertise, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring Process Optimization: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned functions – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Business Partnership Development: Collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Candidate Sourcing Strategies: Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through active sourcing, referrals, and networking.
  • Candidate Engagement: Drive candidate engagement through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
  • Recruitment Metrics Analysis: Track recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and present reports to leadership.
  • Employee Experience: Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Talent Outreach and Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or start-up environments.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight timelines.
  • Sourcing Expertise: Excellent sourcing skills using social media, headhunting, and direct search.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Accountability and Independence: Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
